A pair of reproduction prints titled Salle de Festins after French architect Théodore Labrouste (1799-1885) and Salle de Bal Dans une Promenade Publique after French architect Hippolyte-Louis Durand (1801-1882). These pieces depict architectural drawings from 1825 that feature plans for a feast hall and ballroom in a public park from the Beaux-arts de Paris. The works are labeled and signed in plate and presented behind pale pink mats and glass in thin, silver tone metal frames.
Condition
- mat burn around the outside edges of the image paper; dirt between glass and mat; nicks and scratches around the frame.
