An oil painting on canvas board of a folk style landscape with a cottage, signed ‘Lee’. This work features a snow-covered landscape with a winding stream, birch and pine trees, and a quaint pink cottage situated in the right middle-ground. The painting is signed to the lower right. It is presented in a simple wood frame.

- dirt marks and stains thgourhgout painting; large stain present to lower right area of composition; pink stain present in lower left area of composotion; small spot stains present in upper and lower right areas of composition; scratches, small chips, and stains throughout frame.
