A late 20th century oil painting on canvas board by American artist John Bordiuk (20th-century). The Impressionist-inspired scene depicts a misty landscape with two figures watching sailboats on a glassy lake bordered with lush green trees. The work is signed ‘Bordiuk’ by hand to the lower left. It is presented without glass in a veneered wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.

- wear and abrasions to frame, particularly at upper edge.
