A Roman style decoratively carved bone fragment. The fragment, featuring a low profile carving, depicts the arms of two women wearing draped dresses, one holding an object in her hand resembling a bunch of grapes. The carving is presented affixed to a block of wood covered with a piece of plush teal fabric. A tag taped to the wood on the back reads ’Bone Fragment Roman from Egypt 1st -5th cent. A.D. ’

- heads of figures missing. Chip and missing fragment at the bottom. Detail still sharp. (DCCPLS).
