A pair of offset lithograph prints on paper titled A Light in the Storm and Lochaven Cottage after Thomas Kinkade (1958-2012). Lochaven Cottage depicts a softly-lit, inviting cottage surrounded by flowering bushes on the edge of a lake, with light glowing in the windows and a rowboat tied at the shore. A caption printed beneath the imagery reads ‘Come and share a pot of tea, my house is warm and my friendship is free’ and it is signed in plate to the lower right corner. The second print depicts a lighthouse on a rocky outcropping, where ocean waves break against the shore. It has a gold tone foil seal to the lower left and a Thomas Kincade Collector’s Society pinback to the lower right. There are gold tone placards to the lower center of each mat that list the artist’s name and title of the piece, as well as certificates of authenticity to the verso. Both are presented behind decorative mats and glass in gold tone wood frames with molded detail and saw-tooth brackets to the verso for hanging.
