A Cartier Panthère 18K yellow gold and stainless steel wristwatch. This watch features an 18K yellow gold and stainless steel link bracelet with fold over clasp, which is attached to a rectangular stainless steel case with an 18K yellow gold square frame, that houses a white grained dial. There are black Roman numerals, tapered sword blued steel hands and a synthetic blue spinel on the crown. The original red and gold Cartier box with instruction booklet and certificate is included.
