A pair of offset lithograph prints on paper titled Open Gate, Sussex and Pye Corner Cottage after Thomas Kinkade (1958-2012). These pieces depict softly-lit, inviting cottages surrounded by foliage, with light glowing in the windows and captions printed beneath the imagery reading ‘Come inside for a warm-up’ and ‘Come sit with me and have some tea’ and in-plate signatures to the lower right corners. There are gold tone placards to the lower center of each mat that list the artist’s name, title of the piece, and ’Collector’s Society’, as well as certificates of authenticity to the verso. Both are presented behind decorative mats and glass in gold tone wood frames with scrolling molded detail and saw-tooth brackets to the verso for hanging.
