Marked to the underside is ‘Royal Doulton Made in England Old Balloon Seller H.N. 1315’. The man is also seated, wearing a long jacket and hat, holding his balloons in one hand. Marked to the underside is ’Royal Doulton Made in England The Balloon Man RN 838448 H.N. 1854.
