Glass Budai Figurines

A set of mounted glass Budai figurines. This piece is made of glass with a green hue and depicts three figural forms of the Chinese Budai or sometimes called the Laughing Buddha. Here he is depicted in the poses of the Three Wise Monkeys who represent the principal of ‘See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Speak No Evil’. The figurines are mounted on a rectangular wooden base. Marked on the underside with a sticker which has a profile depiction of a horned dragon.

Condition

- small dent in front of hear no evil budda.
