An antique Temple edition set of Charles Dickens’ Works. This thirty-nine volume set features Barnaby Rudge, Great Expectations, Oliver Twist, Christmas Books & Stories, Tale of Two Cities, and more. Some titles include multiple volumes. The set was published by J.M. Dent & Co. and Doubleday & McClure from the late 1890s in to the early 1900s. The books are presented in red hardbound covers with gilt lettering to the spine and a sewn-in bookmark.
