N.K. Jones Oil Painting of a Bullfight

An oil painting on masonite of a bullfight by an artist named N.K. Jones. This painting depicts a bullfighter and bull in a ring surrounded by a crowd of spectators painted in a primitive or naivete style. This piece is signed and dated (’63) by hand to the lower right. It is presented in a dark stained wood frame with a gold-tone liner. The verso of this piece is equipped to hang.
Condition
- the frame has several scratches and chipped. Some gold-tone paint from the liner has accidentally brushed on the stained wood.
