A large original oil painting on canvas by well-listed Italian artist Joyce Roybal (New York/France/Italy, born 1955). The painting depicts five figures painted in Roybal’s signature style, featuring rounded faces and bodies and brightly-striped clothing. The figures play a variety of musical instruments as they sit against a pale gray background. The painting is signed in red to the lower right. It is presented in a wooden frame with high relief cast surface embellishments, bronze tone finish, and a hanging wire attached to the verso.
