A late 20th century offset lithograph print on paper after a painting by listed American artist Paul Sawyier (1865 – 1917). The piece depicts an early 20th-century American street scene with figures and horse-drawn buggies shown standing alongside lush trees and brick homes with large front porches. The image is signed in plate to the lower left. It is double matted in green and cream and presented under glass in a wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- slight discoloration to print and matting; frame is Fair with staining, residue, nicks, scratching, small chips and discoloration; tears to frame’s backing paper.
