A signed oil painting Untitled Study II by Cincinnati based contemporary artist Sarah Brown. This abstract composition is comprised of overlapping fields of pigment, intuitive line work, and texture in cool and warm tones. It is signed and dated to the lower right corner and presented in an ecru mat and black composite frame. The verso of this piece is equipped to hang.

Brown studied Fine Arts and Art History at the University of Hartford and Hartford Art School. She continued her studies with several nationally and internationally recognized artists while establishing her own mode of Abstract Impressionism. Her work has been accepted to and received awards at several group and solo shows and is currently on display in public and private collections throughout the Northeast. Sarah is now a resident of Cincinnati and finds the city a great inspiration. She currently works from her studio at the Pendleton Art Center.
