A Louis XV style giltwood fauteuil with Chinoiserie fabric. This 20th century piece features a carved crest, open arms with cushioned rests, oversized cushion seat, carved and scalloped aprons and cabriole legs with carved knees ending in decorative acanthus feet. The wood frame is painted a gold tone. The piece is upholstered in an Asian inspired figural fabric with quilting and nailhead trim.
