An oil painting on board of a farmscape. This Impressionist style painting depicts various wooden shacks, barns and houses situated on a rolling hillside, which spans into the distance accented with barren trees and tilled fields. The composition is rendered with splotched, earthen pigment. To the lower right corner of the composition is an artist signature appearing to read ‘Wenny M’. The painting is presented in a gold tone and stained wooden frame with a sawtooth bracket to the verso for hanging.
