An antique Chinese ancestor portrait after the Qing Dynasty. Painted with tempura paint on silk, this painting depicts a high ranking official, wearing an elaborate red robe with beads and headdress. Her attire includes a high headdress dripping with pearls, a phoenix motif on the front of her robe, and a dragon motif can be seen underneath her robes. No artist signature. It is presented in a gold tone wood frame under glass, and includes a rear wire ready to hang.
