A Polish 800 silver Hefra American flatware set. The set features twisted curled handles with a vine design on the edges. The set includes twelve large spoons, twenty-four teaspoons, twelve small spoons, eighteen hollow handle dinner knives, eighteen dinner forks, twelve salad forks and one sugar shell spoon. They are marked with the maker’s mark and the Polish ‘3’ hallmark denoting a 800 silver fineness, and some of the pieces are additionally marked ‘800’. The total approximate weight, excluding the knives with stainless blades, is 106.855 ozt.
