Moondog "S/T" Original US Pressing LP
Item Details
An original US pressing of American experimental music pioneer Moondog S/T (1969) on Columbia Masterworks with unipak sleeve and matrix number MS 7335. Moondog was a street musician in New York City from the 1940s through the early 1970s and his music was inspired by the sounds of the city. He was an early influence on minimalist composers such as Philip Glass and was known as ‘The Viking of 6th Avenue’ to passerby who were unaware of his music career.
