Oil Paintings of Landscapes
Item Details
A selection of three oil paintings on canvas. These landscapes use loose brushwork to depict different vies of mountain ranges. In one, the mountains are on the far horizon, with the focus on trees with leaves turning to autumn reds and oranges over rolling hills. Another gets closer to a mountain, looking up a creek and through trees of yellow leaves. A final piece depicts a lake directly at the base of a snowy range of mountains, so close that they fill the area of any sky that might have shown. All three pieces are signed to the lower right corner and appear to read ‘Lawaa’ (or ‘L’) ‘Williams’. They are presented mounted on stretched canvas.
