East Asian Porcelain Decor
Item Details
A grouping of East Asian decorative tableware. This grouping offers four pieces including a floral embellished bowl with a scalloped, gilt rim. There is also a decorative plate depicting a female in traditional dress, marked ‘Boehm’ to the lower right. The underside of this plate is marked, ‘The Edward Marshall Boehm Studies, present, The Mystical Maidens of the Imperial Dynasties, inspired by the Golden Age of Chinese Porcelain, Made in England’. This grouping also offers two matching dishes, a scalloped shallow bowl and a creamer, both with floral and gilt accents, marked ‘Japan’.
Condition
Condition is consistent with age and shows signs of light wear.
