Louis XIV Style Wooden Armchair

Item Details

A Louis XIV style wooden armchair. Unmarked, the chair features an ornately carved backrest with scrolled leaf and floral designs. Two armrests with carved leaf designs flank either side of the seat. The chair’s seat is upholstered in an ornately patterned fabric. Curved cabriole style legs and a stretcher with scrolled motif are located along the front of the chair. Turned stretchers are located along the sides of the chair.
