A collection of four antique books. Featured in this collection is an 1886 edition of The Story Of A Great Nation, Or Our Country’s Achievements by John Gilmary Shea, LL.D. This books was printed by Gay Brothers & Co in New York and is copyrighted 1886. Also included in this collection is a first edition of The Tomb of Tut Ankh Amen by Howard Carter and A.C. Mace, copyright 1923; The Scottish Chiefs by Miss Jane Porter, printed by Belford, Clarke & Co in 1889; and Uncle Tom’s Cabin by Harriet Beecher Stowe, printed in Boston by Houghton, Mifflin and Company in 1883.
