Vintage "Nymph With Frog" Frankart Bookends Sarsaparilla
Item Details
A pair of vintage painted metal bookends reproduced by Sarsaparilla after original Art Deco works by early twentieth century artist Frankart. Titled Nymph with Frog, the pair depicts a sleek and elegant female silhouettes leaning backward on one foot as her body morphs into the trunk of a tree. A small frog sits at the base. The pieces were created in 1982 using the original molds. Marked to the bottom with the original Sarsaparilla sticker.
