A collection including a Louisiana World Exposition first day of issue cover in a Fleetwood folder and a set of seventeen Liberty three-cent stamps. The cover includes a black textured folder marked Fleetwood to the exterior and information regarding the 1984 Louisiana World Exposition, and a First Day of Issue cover and an offset lithograph of Louisiana Heron after John J. Audobon. The Liberty three-cent stamps are mint and in partial sheets.

- minimal wear to folder; wear to edges of Liberty stamps.
