A signed charcoal drawing Sketch by Polish artist Ludwick Maciag (1920-2007). The artist has used a light wash beneath the charcoal sketch. This drawing depicts a figure facing a road with a tree in the distance. It is signed to the lower right. This piece is presented in an ecru color mat, behind glass, and in a wood frame painted black. The verso of this piece is equipped to hang. It is inscribed, Gekanft (bought) in Juanita’s Galerie in Cincinnati, Ohio. Sketch, Ludwig Maciag by hand in ink.

Condition

- there is some accretion behind the glazing. In addition, there is some yellowing to the mat and minor buckling to the sheet.
