A floor lamp by Big Sky Carvers of Montana. The cast resin lamp is based on an original sculpture of a moose. It features a conical shade covered in a plaid tweed fabric which conceals a single socket. It is held up by a brass pole that passes behind the whimsical moose which rises on its hand feet and holds a wooden tray. The moose stands on a disk of pine with a live edge. A small figurine of a leaping fish is included. A brass embossed badge is affixed to the base, ‘Big Sky Carvers/Manhattan, Montana, USA/ 1996’. Powered on when tested.
