Brass Guardian Lion Censer
Item Details
A brass guardian lion censer. This censor stands on three legs and has a removable lid to reveal the cavity which holds incense. The lid is topped with two stylized guardian lions. The sides each have a handle which is shaped to form a a ledge which shows a lion climbing up to the top. The surface of the censer body has an embossed figural illustration. This piece is marked with a six character mark on the underside of the base.
