A pueblo style black pottery owl vessel. This piece rests on a rounded base and tapers as it rises towards the lip. It features a short, pointed tail and gently protruding brow. A pair of bright eyes are framed by incised notches, and two wings carved with feathers wrap around the body of the vessel. The piece is signed to the underside.
