A German stein, metal wine bottle holder/pourer, and an Egyptian palette replica. The stein depicts a pub scene with the phrase around the handle loosely translated as ‘Beautiful Women Are Good Amusement’ and the phrase around the base translated as ‘There Is Also A Time For Joy’. The wine bottle holder features a grape motif reticulated design, the wire collar holds the bottle in place when it is being poured using the handle. It is marked on the underside GSA. The replica of the Egyptian Pallete of King Narmer depicts the king slaying his enemies on the front side, the upper register of the back side depicts him looking down over their bodies, the center register depicts a pair of intertwined long-necked cats possibly representing the reunification of Egypt. The palette has hardware so that it may be hung on a wall.
