A 1982 serigraph poster print on paper for the 11th annual Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta featuring imagery after an illustration by St. Germain. The piece depicts a hot air balloon with rainbow accents flying against a full moon and blue night sky filled with multicolored stars. It is signed in plate to the lower right. The print is bordered in black and red, with festival information printed in rainbow lettering across the bottom. It is presented under acrylic glass in a silver tone metal frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.
