A vintage Chippendale style desk by Hooker Furniture. This rectangular top desk with three leather inlay panels and mahogany stain features a beveled edge and rope design molding over a central knee hole drawer flanked by a single deep drawer to one side and two stacked drawers to the right side. The drawers feature pierced brass batwing plates with swan neck handles. The desk rises on acanthus leaf carved cabriole legs terminating on claw feet.
