A vintage Certificate of Appreciation. The awarded is signed by President Franklin Roosevelt and US Army General Lewis B. Hershey of the Selective Service System as well as by the state governor.
Condition
- discoloration and stains to both certificate and mat; frame is scratched all over with a nick to bottom left and large crack to bottom right; backing paper is torn and missing; matted beneath glass
