Antique Victorian Rosewood Bookcase, Circa Mid to Late 19th Century
Item Details
An antique Victorian rosewood bookcase, circa mid to late 19th century. The veneered case features a flared cornice above a pair of three-light, glazed doors with pierced-fretwork valences and strips of applied molding. They open to four adjustable shelves and the bookcase rises on a bracket base with a single, dovetailed drawer over a serpentine skirt.
