An etching with aquatint, titled New York, Empire State Building, by listed Austrian artist Robert Kasimir (1914-2002). This work is rendered with a naturalistic palette and depicts a view of the Empire State Building as seen from the edge of a tree-filled courtyard, an American flag fluttering in the wind to its center. This work is signed to the center of its lower margin, and is matted under glass in a wooden frame with a wire for hanging to its verso.
