A hand-knotted Baluch carpet runner. This wool rug features two rows of diamond medallions framed in a memling lattice of crimson over a midnight blue field. The palette is midnight blue, crimson, burgundy, and camel. Enclosing the field is a compound border that features a running pattern over midnight blue. It has an overcast edge and a short fringe to either end. The rug is unlabeled.
