An antique, hand-knotted Persian Senneh kilim accent rug. This small rug presents a stepped and crenelated burgundy medallion filled with forms on a cream stepped and crenelated lozenge, which rests on an indigo field full of red, pink, green, indigo, cerulean and goldenrod forms. The rug features an unresolved principal border of linked flowers and a red overcast, selvedge edge with white kilim and fringe to either end. This rug is unsigned.
