"Fragata Española" Wooden Model Frigate

A wooden ship model Fragata Española 1780. This piece is an example of a Spanish frigate of the period. This war ship features four wooden masts, canvas sails and applied detailing. The wooden ship is mounted atop a rectangular wooden base with a small metal nameplate which reads ‘Fragata Española 1780’.

- consistent with age; minor marks and chips present; dust in crevices; the lower side of one sail is detached
