Manchester Silver Co. Sterling Silver Mint Julep Cup
Item Details
A sterling silver mint julep cup by Manchester Silver Co. of Providence, RI (active 1887-1985). This piece has a slight conical shape with reeded borders along the outer lip and around the base. The cup has a personalized engraving to the side that reads ‘The Blood-Horse Ruth N. Elliott Since 1971’. It is stamped to the underside with the crown and cross maker’s mark above “Sterling 3759”. The total approximate weight is 4.010 ozt.
