Item Details

A ceramic amphora style vase with a Greek motif. This vase has a wide flared lip, concave neck, and rounded body on a footed base with handles attached at the neck and shoulders. It features a black background with a white-painted body depicting to one side a cloaked man and a winged figure resembling Nike, the Greek goddess of victory, and an anthemion design to the back, as well as a meander border around the shoulders and base. The vase is unmarked.
