S. Kirk & Son Hand Decorated Sterling Bowl, Platter and Six Sterling Plates

A hand decorated sterling silver bowl and circular platter from S. Kirk & Son are coupled with six heavily chased sterling silver plates from Stieff. The heavy repoussé hand detailing on the rim of platter complements the rose and floral repoussé sprays along the rim of the bowl. The platter is monogramed in fancy script on the center, ‘MRC’. Both are hallmarked to the verso, ‘S. Kirk & Son Inc. Sterling Hand Decorated’. The plates are densely chased with a repoussé rose along the rims and are hallmarked to the verso, ‘Stieff Sterling’. Total approximate weight: 52.370 ozt
