Stratford Plate "Cotillion" Silver-Plated Flatware Set
Item Details
A silver-plated flatware set by Stratford Plate of International Silver Co. This is in the Cotillion pattern, first introduced in 1932, which features a linear handle design with scalloped tip and accent. The sixty-eight piece set includes six grille forks, seven dinner forks, eight salad forks, sixteen teaspoons, eight place spoons, four serving spoons, fourteen knives, and five grille knives, most marked ‘Stratford Plate Special IS’ to the backs. They come with a master butter knife and a Sheffield spoon in different patterns. The flatware are presented in a wooden flatware chest with red felt-like lining.
