An acrylic painting on canvas of a flowering cactus signed ‘Lee Reynolds,’ a name used for the designs listed artist Lee Reynolds Burr (born 1936) made for Vanguard Studios. This pinkish landscape depicts a stylized depiction of a desert scattered with rock formations, a cactus covered in blooms growing from the bluish earth at the painting’s lower left. The work is signed to its lower right and is mounted in a gold tone metal frame with a wire for hanging to its verso.
