Antique Leather Bound Holy Bible

An antique The Holy Bible. This bible is held in a leather binding with gilt lettering to its spine. The book includes the side notes to the passages present on the sides of the text and was published in the mid to late nineteenth century. The bible includes the Old and New Testaments with the Apocrypha and an index. This copy was published in 1825 by Holbrook & Fessenden of Brattleboro, Vermont.

Condition

- heavy wear and deterioration present on the leather binding; heavy staining present on the pages; wear and fractures present on the interior binding; creases and tears to pages; red rot present.
