A grouping of war memorabilia and a framed ambrotype. The war memorabilia includes: a folded case holding five war ration books; a National Tribune sales pamphlet promoting books, post cards and a 1913 calendar, featuring items aimed to the interests of soldiers; a thin booklet titled Weapons and Equipment of Early American Soldiers from the National Park Service Popular Study Series History No. 2; a flyer for the U.S.S. Boston Associates Inc. 1960 Convention and Annual Reunion; and a collection of WWI photographs taken in the field (some graphic). Also included with these items is a framed ambrotype of a young dark haired woman.
