A pair of framed Native American-inspired painted plaques. The pair feature molded and hand-painted plaques in the form of Native American Hopi, Zuni and other pueblo spirit or ‘kachina’ figures. One is titled Kwahu – Eagle Katchina, and one is titled Tawa – Sun Katchina. Both are presented against painted plywood backing board with frames. The frame backs have papers describing the history of the kachina depicted, and are signed by artist Charlene Morgan, and dated 1989.
