Item Details
A patchwork embroidery piece of textile art. This piece features a ground made of patched, patterned fabric squares that have been sewn to create a diagonal gradient from purple to yellow, with criss-crossing lines of machine stitching over top. In the center is an appliquéd piece of felt that has been stitched with the word ‘laugh’ and had two gold ton star-shaped beads attached. The piece is signed illegibly to the lower right corner on the mat and dated ‘’15’. It is presented in a double mat and wrapped in plastic.
