An original watercolor painting on heavyweight Arches watercolor paper with deckled edges by listed 20th century Cincinnati, Ohio-based artist Alene Rogert. The painting depicts a figure walking across a snowy landscape towards a farmhouse as a wide sun sets beyond the scene, casting bright fields of yellow, purple, and blue light across the scene. The painting is signed in pencil to the lower right. An Arches blindstamp is embossed to the lower right corner of the paper.
