A Princess Diana ‘Diana, A Rose Everlasting’ commemorative plate with a music box from the Remembering England’s Rose collection by The Bradford Exchange. The plate features a white rose set in the center of gilt trimmed plate with decorative gilding to the lip. A gold tone turning knob, next to the words ‘Diana, A Rose Everlasting’, controls the music box underneath which plays ‘A Candle in the Wind’. The base of the plate is marked ‘Plate No. 14892C in the limited edition of Diana, A Rose Everlasting by Collin Bogle – First issue in the Remembering England’s Rose Collection – hand-fired porcelain – The Bradford Exchange – 1998’. The plate is also marked ‘Not for food use – Decorative art object’. A sticker affixed to the base is marked ’Georgia’s Gift Gallery – Plymouth, Michigan’.
