Sculpture After Steven D. Lord "Guardians of the World"

A reproduction metal sculpture after Steven D. Lord, titled Guardians of the World. This freestanding sculpture, which is presented by Conservation International, depicts a winding wreath moulded in a Hellenistic manner and is tinted to represent a rising tide turning into a branch. It supports an array of animals featuring a wolf, elephant, shark, lion and gorilla. The work is placed on a turned, wooden base that has been stained and affixed with a felt pad to the underside, which also contains a manufacturer sticker.
